We offer returns within 7 days of the delivery date, with the exception of all earrings which are a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. After these 7 days, there is no return, exchange or refund (store credit) possible.

Disclaimer: Remember that LUNILU’s products are one of a kind, there are no duplicates. In case you want to exchange products, you will need to choose another item that is the same price range as the one you purchased.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at lunilu.design@gmail.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return shipping postage is at the cost of the consumer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

REFUNDS
We ONLY offer store credit as a REFUND. 
The store credit amount includes the total price of the item including tax. Shipping and delivery costs are not included in store credit as a refund. RESTOCKING FEES

In some instances, LUNILU DESIGNS reserves the right to institute a 10% restocking fee, per item, when said items must be refunded against the Return Policy.

GIFT CARDS

Every gift card has one year value since the date of purchase. Gift cards are not refundable or exchangeable.

CANCEL ORDER

You have the opportunity to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it FREE of charge. After 24 hours you will be charged a restocking fee of 10%, per item, for the cancellation. After 3 days we cannot cancel your order, which is why all costumers are required to acknowledge that all orders are processed between 1-3 business days. Customers who place their orders and then immediately cancel them will be forbidden from making future purchase on our website due to the fraudulent nature of such activities.

•Small Earrings•

Small, when it comes to leather earrings, can mean a wide variety of things. It can be a very small, less than an inch size earring. It can also be two inches. For leather earrings, it is more common to see a small closer to two inches.

A small will still make a statement but is a great way to do so for those with shorter necks or more petite features.

•Medium Earrings•

Medium can also mean many things when it comes to leather earrings. While medium is bigger than small (obviously!), it typically means between two and three inches. This size is a great way to make a bold statement with more visible textures or designs.

The medium is a good middle ground for people who aren’t sure what their neck size is. They have enough room for intricate designs into the leather. Typically, they are not long enough to brush a person’s shoulders.

•Large Earrings•

A large in leather earrings can be three inches and above. This is great for very intricate details and designs. It also makes the best choice for people with long necks or more dominant facial features.

A large will touch the shoulders of someone with a shorter neck. While some people don’t mind this—others will because it may knock your earring out! So, if you have a shorter neck, make sure to read the exact size of your earring and the space between your earlobe and shoulder. This will ensure it’s a good fit!
