RETURN POLICY

Want to exchange your LUNILU purchase?

We offer returns within 7 days of the delivery date, with the exception of all earrings which are a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. After these 7 days, there is no return, exchange or refund (store credit) possible.

Disclaimer: Remember that LUNILU’s products are one of a kind, there are no duplicates. In case you want to exchange products, you will need to choose another item that is the same price range as the one you purchased.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at lunilu.design@gmail.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return shipping postage is at the cost of the consumer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

All Earrings, Gift Cards and Sale items are FINAL. NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES, NO RETURNS.

REFUNDS
We ONLY offer store credit as a REFUND. 
The store credit amount includes the total price of the item including tax. Shipping and delivery costs are not included in store credit as a refund. Please, read carefully the item's description and LUNILU's store policies before you purchase or contact us at lunilu.design@gmail.com in case you have any concerns or questions.

RESTOCKING FEES

In some instances, LUNILU DESIGNS reserves the right to institute a 10% restocking fee, per item, when said items must be refunded against the Return Policy.

DISCOUNT CODES

Only One code is valid per order.

GIFT CARDS

Every gift card has one year value since the date of purchase. Gift cards are not refundable or exchangeable.

CANCEL ORDER

You have the opportunity to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it FREE of charge. After 24 hours you will be charged a restocking fee of 10%, per item, for the cancellation. After 3 days we cannot cancel your order, which is why all costumers are required to acknowledge that all orders are processed between 1-3 business days. Customers who place their orders and then immediately cancel them will be forbidden from making future purchase on our website due to the fraudulent nature of such activities.
